If you should receive an order that was damaged during shipping, please notify customer service immediately so we can reprocess the order and re-ship the order. If the order was time sensitive, please let the customer service representative know, so they can upgrade the shipping to try and meet your deadline.
We currently have the ability to track all orders that ship from Photo Express Digital Pro Lab. If you believe an order has been lost by one of our shipping carriers, you can login to your online account and click on the tracking links to find the shipping details. If an order is taking an unreasonable amount of time based on the ordered shipping method, please contact customer service so we can reprocess your order.
