Changes to Existing Orders and Order Cancellations

Many orders are started within minutes of being received.  If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please call our customer service staff as soon as possible.  Once we have begun an order, it may be past the point of cancellation or changes.

Regarding changes to orders, some orders may need to be resubmitted by the photographer to preserve order accuracy.  If we are able to make changes, more time may be required to fulfill the order.
